Laundering

All materials (with the exception of PUL, elastic, and thread) have been prewashed and preshrunk prior to sewing. It is recommended to wash covers in hot water with a very small amount of detergent, and dry on high heat before use. One wash is sufficient to prepare the cover for use. As with all dark laundry, please wash dark colors separately until you are assured there will be no bleeding. In the rare case that bleeding occurs, do NOT dry any affected items. As with all laundry, simply reseparate any affected items from the source of bleeding and rewash. If bleeding occurs on the cover, simply rewash - stains will generally be eliminated within 2-3 washes.

After each use, shake off any solid soil into the toilet and place in wetbag for storage until wash day. Diapers, covers, inserts, wipes and wetbags can all be washed together. MAKE SURE any hook-and-loop closures are firmly secured, as hook and loop will damage the elastic on covers. For best results, do not wash covers together with products containing hook-and-loop style closure. On wash day, empty wetbag into washer. If there are soiled diapers in the load, do a cold pre-rinse with no detergent. After the rinse, add about half the recommended amount of your favorite softener-free detergent, and wash on your longest cycle at the highest temperature. Diapers, inserts, and wipes can go into the dryer on HIGH heat. While covers can be dried in the dryer with diapers, line-drying will help extend the life of the waterproofing. Please do not use bleach or fabric softeners in your wash.

Payment and sales tax

Payments are accepted through Paypal checkout only. Please be aware that payments by e-check will delay shipping until the e-check clears, usually 2-3 business days. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Payments not received within 24 hours of purchase will result in the order being cancelled and products being restocked. Non-payment will result in a report to Hyenacart, and may result in your Hyenacart account being suspended.

Virginia residents will be charged 5% sales tax upon paypal checkout. During Virginia sales tax holidays, this charge will be refunded.

Shipping

I strive to ship domestic orders within 2 business days (Saturday, Sunday, and Federal holidays excluded) of receiving payment. Domestic orders will be shipped through Paypal shipping via USPS first class, parcel post, or priority based on order size and cost of shipping. Canadian customers are welcome. Please choose first class shipping during checkout. You order will ship within one week of payment, often sooner. Other international orders, please request shipping quote. Delivery Confirmation is included on all US packages. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended. Once a package leaves my hands I cannot be responsible for its delivery, and cannot replace or refund packages that have been lost or damaged in shipping. Delivery Confirmation and insurance is not available on Canadian or international orders shipped 1st class or in a Flat Rate Envelope. International customers who would like to purchase Priority shipping please contact me for a quote. Customer is responsible for any customs charges. When ordering please let me know how you would like your customs slip filled out - if nothing is specified I will describe items as "cloth diapers". Please do not ask me to mark your package as "gift" or understate the value of your package - this constitutes mail fraud, and Adorabumz strives to be an honest company.

Oversales

While every effort is made to have every listed item in stock, occasionally an item will oversell. If this occurs, I will contact you for resolution. You will be offered the opportunity to choose another product or refund.

Refunds and Returns

I want you to be very happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact me within one week of purchase and I will do what I can to make things right. I accept returns of unwashed, unworm items within 1 week of purchase. Once an item has been washed it cannot be returned. Please check measurements before purchase to ensure that the product will fit your child. Refunds of the purchase price, minus any shipping costs will be deposited into your paypal account when I receive the returned item.

Warranty

All Adorabumz products are individually handmade, and as such may contain small imperfections that contribute the their charm. I do inspect each one before shipping to ensure their quality, and strive to make each one as perfect as I possibly can. If within 6 months of purchase you encounter an issue that affects the wear of your product, please contact me and I will strive to fix it to your satisfaction. If the problem occurs within 90 days of purchase I will pay for domestic shipping each way. Between 90 days and 180 days the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to me, and I will pay return shipping. Warranty expires 6 months after purchase of product. This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the item only. This warranty excludes items sold as seconds quality, pilling of elastic binding, and any damage not caused by normal wear and tear. Adorabumz is not responsible for any damage that may be caused by use of Adorabumz products, including but not limited to, bleeding during wash, rash, allergic reactions, etc. Wipes are not covered by the above warranty.

Typos

Every attempt is made to be accurate in product representation and pricing. Adorabumz is not responsible for any errors in typing that may occur.

Privacy

Your privacy as a customer is very improtant to me. I will never sell or give your information away.
